Arizona SBDC Network client, Angela Cody-Rouget who worked with the Maricopa Community Colleges SBDC will be on Shark Tank this Friday, February 5, 2016. The program airs at 8:00 p.m. local time on ABC channel 15. Angela Cody-Rouget is the founder and owner of Major Mom® and one of three Certified Professional Organizers in Arizona. Angela spent 14 years dedicated to serving her country in the U.S. Air Force, where she attained the rank of Major. Her husband nicknamed her Major Mom after their first child was born.
Angela has been building the Major Mom brand for eight years and currently has a team of 16 employees in four states. Major Mom is expanding to become a franchise business. Angela feels she was born to create order out of chaos. She is on a mission to restore order to the world, one household at a time!
Angela received business assistance services from the Maricopa SBDC, participated in the SBA Emerging Leaders program, won the SBA Arizona InnovateHER: Innovating for Women Business Challenge, and also won first place in the Citi Foundation and the Institute for Veterans and Military Families Realizing Your Dream Business Competition.
